Just started on here as ready to start the next level and looking for more advice
Currently I’m
Male
38 years old
5’ 11”
203 lbs
27% body fat
Was vastly over weight at my heaviest I was 308lbs so 4 years ago I changed my lifestyle and now eat the paleo life style
I have Maintained my weight and start going to the gym for the 1st year I was running 10k ever morning and doing weights in the evening
For the last 18 months I have cut out the running as it’s not the direction I wanted to go
I’m now the size I’m looking for but looking to cut but am stuck at this weight and cannot drop any more body fat
I want to get to sub 15%
I was looking at starting my next step and looking for a good starting point and where when and what else etc
The stack I was advise to start with is as follows
Test e weeks 1-12 500mg split twice a week Mondays and Thursdays
Dianabol weeks 1-6 25mg every day
Nolvadex weeks 15-17 40mg
Any advise please
