Im 38 and i am new to body building (been at it for 3 years), been all natural so far but im to a point where im ready to get serious to reach my goals
some background, im 6'-2" and currently 220 pounds. i have just gone through a physical with my dr and had lab work done. I'm totally healthy and the free testosterone came back as 455 on a range of 250-1100 for a male of my age. My current body fat is about 20% and im dieting to bring it down even more. Im in the gym 4 times a week and do cardio 6 times a week . id like to do something simple thats easy to maintain, im not going on stage i just want to look good . thanks in advance for any input
