Hi All,
I am 43, 5'10", 185 lbs., from the U.S.
I have been quite athletic and in-shape in my 20/30's but have been letting myself go due to work and life changes.
Looking to get back in shape, at 43, it's harder to see result like I used to back when I was young, thus I have been thinking about supplements.
The only thing I know about "Subs" is based on what I've heard on the media and it scares me. I hope to get some answers and good advice in this forum.
I am still on the fence on using "Subs"; however, if I do decide to use them, I hope to do it safely. I appreciate any help this forum can provide.
