    Hello everyone, 41 year-old dad looking for some advice on supplements and steroids to try. I would like to get bigger than my 6'1" 195lbs frame. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you for the advice. Reading all the information that you all have given me has made me recheck everything. I'm going to dial in on my diet. And "eat food". I liked that response by the way. The side affects of steroids got me thinking, I don't think I want to take the chance. Again thank you all.
