My Goal is to lose weight and drop my body fat percentage (currently about 25%). I calculated my BMR at around 2900 using your calculator. For macros, I listen to your video on nutrition and think I should keep carbs on the lowish side but still high enough to have good workouts. I'm doing strength training 4 days a week. Per your recommendations I'm thinking the following for macros, am I on the right track? Should I look at cycling carbs on workout vs off days?
Protein: 235
Carbs: 100
Fats: 140
