Is HCG needed during Test/E cycle

I'm doing 10 week Test E 500 mg/week, and for my pct I have clomid and nolva in hand. My question is my balls start to shrink which I guess normal when you are on cycle but for a better recovery do I need to have some HCG ? For your info, Now I'm on week 6.

So If you guys thinks it's a good idea to use HCG, what will be dosage ? Is 500 IU/week for last 3 week of my cycle enough?

250iu 2x/ week during the cycle would be better. Some people question the use of HCG, but if it is used in TRT to prevent testicular atrophy and backfill pathways, then it should be even more important during a cycle, IMHO.

Thanks, so since I'm in the mid-end of cycle do i need to wait and run it after my cycle or start it right away? By the way, is there any logic behind 500 iu;I mean how do they calculate it ? based on body weight ? or just something general?

Start I right way nd run it up until a few days before PCT starts.

Enough juice will shrink your balls eventually anyway but hcg the entire cycle will greatly prolong atrophy and spped recovery.

There is a standing myth about desensitization after a study in rats tha suggested doses were equivalent to 7500iu to humans per weight. Even then the desensatization was temporary.

People like dylan gemelli parroted the 3 week idea due to imaginary desensitization.

Run one large cycle of AAS without and you will see why that is a shit idea.

Coming to you from a guy with normal sized balls that used to have regulation baseballs.

Yes, it is enough for a cycle and time proven the best method for recovery after cycle. Little to no lh desensitization yet it is enough to mimic function and keep your boys turned to the on position.

Your boys stay swole right up to the administration of clomid and nolva. I bump hcg up to 750iu wk on heavy ass cycles trying to save nut.

Starting late as you are I'd probably go with 250 iu's x 3 per week up to 3 days before pct.

There was a study done showing that 500iu a week was the most effective dose.

Ok got the point and I have one more question , I have prepared 250 iu each individually in a syringe, but the thing is I mixed Hcg with sterile water. Will it cause any problem since they are in different syringes?!

How do you prepare it in a syringe?
You use bacteriostatic water not sterile water if you wish it to keep potency.

- first he mixed the 5000 iu amp with 2 cc injection water
- then he put 10 iu in each insluin syringe.
- he told me i can fridge it for a month.
- and then he suggested To inject 5000 iu via IM at once at the end of cycle instead doing this

Assuming you mean he put 100 units in two syringes @ 2ml mix the 5000iu becomes 2500iu per syringe ÷ 10 units = 250 iu per 10 unit marks on the slin pin.
I.e. the "1" mark on the syringe is 250iu, which you need to administer 2x per week to be at 500iu per week, for the duration of the cycle.

The doc mixed it right but he used sterile water which is a no go. You need hcg mixed in bacteriostatic water, in a sterile vial, so you can draw and pin as needed.

The hcg will keep a month maybe but should lose potency quickly.

For more info you might ask kelkel. He knows a little more about hcg and the idea people get that it loses its potency at an alarming rate which is not true in bacteriostatic water.

In sterile water I have no idea exactly how long it will last and it is controversial.

Not necessary to increase the dose on the last week, 250iu 2x per week due to half life, e.g Mon & Thurs.
