    Why am I being told to eat 4000 calories a day?

    I was told that while on my cycle "first cycle" that I should be taking in 4000 calories a day he told me that it would help to lose fat as well as gain muscle, I'm 24 328 pounds 6"1 and I work a very physical job and do weight training after work, I'm needing help figuring out if I will really lose fat while on gear I'm taking 1cc of test and 1cc of tren every 4 days I'm 4 weeks in and I already feel stronger and more active just need help figuring out what to do about the fat loss thanks and sorry I'm very noob.

    That's what I was thinking? Idk how many I should be taking in, I want to lose fat but also build a little muscle while doing this cycle?

    If you want serious gains you have to eat to grow. Especially in your case with a physical job where your probably burning more calories than your taking in.

    So doing this I could lose body fat ass well? I guess I just don't understand how eating all those calories is going to help me lose the fat I'm holding onto?

    is it a good idea to do a cycle at 324 lbs?
    Even if he did, at that much excess body fat, shouldnt he be able to cut calories and still build plenty of muscle?

    Possibly.
    Depends on what your current calorie intake is, what u are trying to accomplish, what your diet looks like. I dont generally follow traditional guidelines for macros or calorie intake, or count calories for that matter. I know what keeps me where and how much i can eat and adjust from there.
    Start by figuring out how much you are taking in to maintain that 325 lbs and you can adjust from there. But if 4000 cal is more than what ur taking in now, prob not a good idea

    Why are you taking tren on your first cycle and what does the rest of your cycle look like?

    At 328lbs what is your bf%?

    Everyones different. You have to figure out what your body needs. I have a fast metabolism and a physical job, i need more than 4000 calories on cycle. I’ll do 5000/day easily. Its the only way i gain

    Now for fat loss? At your weight you are either jacked as hell or pretty fat. Steroids are not meant to burn fat. And at already high fat levels you will aromatize like crazy, causing high estrogen and making you even more bloated.

    Unless your going for a powerlifter kind of thing. In which case lift heavy and keep eating. But if you want to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit. Theres really no way around it.

    Shouldn't run tren on 1st cycle thought this was common knowledge.. also is your routine and diet on point if you are over 300lbs? I would focus on getting a good Natty physique before you jump on the sauce.. high bf will cause more probs on cycle.. and if you have a good physique over 300lbs you probably don't need sauce

    Second this, ditch the tren and read the stickies, learn to use an AI, HCG, have your PCT stuff ready, get mid cycle bloods especially for (sensitive test) estrogen.

    Maybe it's just me,and maybe i'm completely wrong,but if as you say,you are 328 pounds,which is almost 23 1/2 stone at 6ft 1inch,
    that's a serious strain on your organs.Personally,i'd be looking to lose 75-100 pounds,before considering the use of steroids.
