Equipoise- test e cycle advice

Hi guys. I’m looking to gain a smaller amount of lean quality mass from this cycle. What do you think? I’d like to end up gaining 5-10lbs of muscle and lose 1-2% body fat by the time it’s all said and done. If I ended up at 190lbs (up from 180lbs) and dropped some body fat after cutting a bit I’d be happy.

I’m 39 yo, 6’, 180lb, body fat not sure but my avatar pic is me as of 2 weeks ago. I have a nutritionist at my disposal so I’ll be talking with her as to changes to my diet macros etc. I workout 5 times a week, usually 20-30 mins of cardio to warmup then 25-30 mins of HIT. I’ve done one previous cycle about 5 years ago. It was test e at 500mgs/week for 10 or 12 weeks I can’t remember. I gained 25lbs or so but I went from nice and cut to looking big and soft. Felt big and bulky and didn’t like it one bit. Me and the wife definitely prefer the lean, vascular look. Anyway, those ar my goals and here is my proposed cycle. Any advice would be appreciated. Weeks 1-12: Equipoise 600mgs/week
Weeks 1-12: Test e 500mgs/week
Weeks 1-4, 9-12: Anavar 60mgs/day
Weeks 1-14: Armidex .5/day
Weeks 2-14: HCG 1000ius/week
Weeks 15-20: Tamox 40/day then 20/day
Weeks 15-20: Clomid 50/day then 25/day


The PCT is run at doubk dose for the first week then the regular dose for the remaining 5 weeks. The HCG dose is 1000ius/week until the last 2 weeks where it’s upped to 3000ius/day. The Equipoise, test e and hcg doses are split up twice a week.

I think EQ is junk, others may disagree - Things like Anavar, Masteron, Tren (depending on your history) or Winny might support your goals a lot better.

10 lbs of muscle is never going to happen in 12 weeks without Gh and slin (not that I am advising you to use either)

3-5 lbs of muscle AND 1-2% body fat drop would be a huge success. Keep in mind percentages.

You're going to gain 20lbs to 25lbs or more and hold water. I would recommend 300mf/wk of Test Prop + 300mg/wk of Mast. Run a 6wks to 8wks cycle. You can quit the cycle anytime after you gained 6lbs to 8lbs. I'm assuming you're going to lose 50% of your gains after PCT. You probably won't but let's be conservative. Do some cardio, it helps to cut fat.

3IU won't get you to 10lbs of muscle. Not trying to discourage you it's just important to set realistic expectations so you don't get disappointed at the end.

You could always check the member picture or cycle results thread if you have trouble visualizing

My goal is to go from 180lbs. to between 185-190lb max and drop 1-2% body fat by the time it’s all said and done.

Do you think the ai is too high and pct too long? I just took it from some other more experienced members cycles that were very similar to my eq 600 test e 500 cycle.

Same with the hcg. That protocol was just taken from some article that was just focused on the benefits of taking hcg throughout your cycle and how to dose it. Any advice there?

Too much HCG can suppress natural Test. Run 250iu twice a week. That's enough.

So, I’m picking up all the gear plus pct from the shop tomorrow. I’ll talk to the guy there for any last minute changes but this is basically what it’ll be.

Make sure the PCT and AI are pharma grade. Arguably the most important of any cycle, even more so than the gear. Imagine your AI is overdosed and you take 0.5 instead of 0.25 and you crash your E2, good luck from there.

If you have that option you shouldn't be considering AI or PCT from anything other than the pharmacy

What is GH and slin. Also yes from simply using text E and eq I don’t see you gaining 10 Pounds on a 3 month cycle
