Mid cycle bloods

Tomorrow I was going to get mid-cycle blood work done.

It is injection day (2×week 250 test) should I do it before or after Bloods?

Advantages disadvantages?

Doesn't really matter on cycle. Me, I'd do it post injection as I'd want to know peak levels more than trough.

If you're pinning Cyp or Enth it'll take a few days. If you're pinning Prop, it'll take a day.

You're not taking an AI or HCG? Your FSH is low, which is to be expected but they're completely shut down. Your E2 level is way high so you either you're not running an AI or your AI dose is too low. Yeah, with your Test and Free Test level being what they are, you're doc's going to panic. You're on a cycle so your Test levels are going to be astronomical. At least you know your gear is good.

I would get on an AI and HCG right away. If possible, put the doctor off until 3 or 4 weeks after your cycle. I never get blood work through my doctor. Once he gets it, so does the insurance company. They may reject future claims and say that it was a pre-existing condition. It doesn't cost much to go through a private blood lab. Now that the US government controls health care, it's theoretically possible that the government could pull your health records and prosecute you if they wanted to. I know it's conspiracy theory but I wouldn't put it past the Feds if they wanted something from you.

I am running arimidex but only a quarter of a tab every second day. I guess increase it to 1/2 every second day?

So 500/wk of Test, and you're already taking .25mg adex every other day and your E is that high?? I guess you'd just have to try more, or maybe try another brand of adex.

No one can really tell you how much exactly, you just have to try something and then get new blood work. My adex comes in a 1mg pill that i cut, so i might try upping it from .25 to .33 EOD (total of 1 pill every 6 days), but I'd just be guessing. I'd rather be a little high than crash my E totally.

There's always that chance that your adex is bad. Though I don't hear of that happening very often. I'm surprised your estro was that high if you were taking adex even at that small of a dose but everyon is affected differently by this stuff.
