I have run deca twice ( 250 and 500 mg) and tren ace (300 and 200mg) before. The only new thing is that the tren is ena, but I heard 400mg of tren ena equals 250-300 ace, like with test prop and test ena.
I have also run eq in my last cycle (the same structure, but 500 eq instead of deca and 200 tren ace instead of tren enanth), but I think it didn't help a lot, although I gained around 20-22lbs (bf approximately remained the same), kept 16-18. I think it was because of the tren, it worked absolutely amazing on my two cycles (both lean bulking), in that I used it.
What about insulin without gh? Bullshit or is worth it to give it a try?
I would use it max 3-4 times a week after workout (chest, back and leg +1 week arms the other week delts). Starting with 2 ius and adding 1 iu each shot, until I reach 8-10. Diet after insulin shot contains a shake (protein and oatmeal) and 3 solid meals with chicken breats and rice.
