He did adjustments and it was just ok. We talked about Decompression. I went twice a week for two months, then it was once a week then once every few weeks. Now I get a regular adjustment every 6 weeks. My back hasn't been this good in ten-15 years. I didn't realize how irregular it was to be in pain.
Decompression is a special technique where you are strapped in and gently stretched then iced (to avoid inflammation). You may be able to shop for a chiro in your area that does the procedure. Also, the turtle thing: I think it's GH + food. One of the indications for GH use is short bowel syndrome.
