Last year i was at 13% and had a good physique naturally but between jan and may i stopped caring about my diet and just partied and drinking and eating whatever and i got rly fat, started dieting around end of june and now started the cycle.

My macros are
protein : 220g
fats: 60g
carbs :150g
I workout 6 days a week, 3-4 times cardio of 25-35 minutes and intense weight lifting workouts
Any remarks and advice on how to achieve my goal would be great

Not trying to be an @ss, but your first post is bad enough. Then in your last post you added mast prop?
How can you know your weight and bf%, but be unsure about your height? What's the logic behind the use of the SERM.
Hopefully you learned from your mistake and now know what 5 months of partying/not caring can do.
