probably what made me chunk up a bit, but when on tren i always took heartburn as an indicator to eat more protein and drink more h2O. i read a bit about heartburn and many diagnose it as too much stomach acid, BUT in healthy people the sphincter closes when stomach acid reaches a point where digestion will occur. eating always did the trick for me. usually protein was best, but fat worked as well albeit not as well. tums are basic and reduce stomach acid. both routes reduce problems, but wouldn't one want to digest efficiently? kinda nice to be back. kinda makes me want to see if i can get my bench higher.
