NPP night sweets at hot flushes any solutions??

    Hi Brothers,
    Long time no see,

    So currently running
700mg npp and 700mg of prop pw (100 each ed am)

And about day 6 started getting hot flushes and night sweets from around 8pm-11pm i have ran npp before at a lower dose and didnt experience anything like this, (i honstely thought i had a fever) also around the same time maybe a bit earlier getting a sweet test cough which i havent had before. Ill just add this is my first cycle in about 3 years (injury)
Oh my diet is high carbs at the moment too

So to the question anyone one have any tips to reduce theses sweats/hot flushes? Maybe shoot at night? Also cause im gyno prone ive been taking adex .5mg eod, but usually in the past i took .25mg ed could that be a factor?

As always any advice is appricated

    Welcome back bro.

Based on what you're saying, the only thing I can think of is maybe your body is reacting to the influx of testosterone because prop is so fast acting people often have negative reactions to it. Some people will even get flu like symptoms (I've heard it referred to as test flu) because the body will treat the sharp increase in androgens as if foreign invaders are attacking your immune system like some kind of virus so one can feel as though they're sick.

In this case it's probably very mild which is why you're only getting some sweats and hot flashes...which could also very well be from the hormonal fluctuation that is occurring in your body atm.

Now in regards to the cough, are you getting it right after injecting or at other times though out the day?

*forgot to say, IMO these symptoms will go away as your body adjusts to the new "normal" which will prob take ~10 days..

if this is your first cycle in 3 years due to injury then...
I highly doubt you should be running 1.4 grams of gear.

lower your dose and the hot flashes and sweats will diminish

the above responses are spot on .. your running 1.4 grams of fast acting esters (after not running gear for years). Your CNS is over stimulated and your body is reacting to the massive influx of hormones. I suggest dial it down a few notches. 100mg test Prop EOD, 100mg NPP EOD

I forgot to mention its a burst cycle im running, so the doses are in the middle of the spectrum

But yeah i agree with what everyone is saying, i might wait it out to day 2 more days and if its no better switch to normal cycle at half the dose or drop the npp completely and save it for another burst cycle

are you running Author L. Rea's 'burst cycle' protocol ? or some other 'gurus'. just curious.. as for Author Rea's protocol, thats generally geared towards guys that have been running gear for long periods (like a long off season program). Burst cycles are not generally used at first when you've been off gear for quite awhile.

having said that, I'm a fan of burst cycles . I just don't think your situation is ideal to be running one being you'd been off cycle for 3 years. you're situation would be more ideal for more of a ramping up protocol then a burst cycle imo

I've not experienced nightly sweats with NPP or Test cough. I've experience the night sweats and cough when I run a Tren cycle.

Either way, you're experiencing real sides. I agree with the group, the high dose of 19nor could be a bit much for your system. See how you feel in a few more days and cut your dose of NPP if you're not feeling better. Good luck.

So I only ever run burst cycles since i think my 3rd cycle, I find them super effective and super easy to recover from obviously with the correct preparation and priming. I also need to remain quite lean and fit (cardio).
An old school guy on here got me on to them by the name of marcus300 not sure if hes still around and since doing my first one ive been hooked, For me the results are almost the same as 12 week cycle and i recover 10times faster and find it much easier to hold onto those gains.
Ive had gaps up to if not more then a year between bursts and had no issues previously.

The cough im sure now is a cold or the flu(ive had flu shot though) (only because now i have running nose and flem) which could obviously be compounding the symptoms or the main cause.

If I dont feel better in 2 or 3 days ill either drop the npp or drop the whole cycle run a mild pct, get over the cold or flu then prime again and give it another go at half the dose.

Can you please provide a quick explanation of a ramping up cycle?

Interested on peoples thoughts about burst cycling also?

my idea of a 'burst cycle' is dependent on the situation and the person and the goal, but would be something like this..

phase 1 - 14 days of a high dose blast of androgens (200 mg a day of test prop or test suspension , 100 mg a day of tren ace or tren base)
phase 2 - 14 days of a high does blast of anabolics (150 mg a day of anadrol, 150 mg a day of NPP, 30mg a day Winstrol)
phase 3 - 7-10 days of anti catabolism anti cortisol and anti estrogen (50mg a day winstrol, 20 mg a day Nolva, 500mg a day Cytadren)
then PCT (or back to cruise)

again, as I stated earlier I don't recommend these short 5 week burst cycles for guys that are only doing one or two cycles per year or guys that haven't run gear in awhile .. they are mainly designed for advanced guys that have been running a lot of gear during a long off season phase and need to do a short and very powerful 'burst' to get things going.

someone that only runs a couple cycles per year or hasn't been on gear in awhile is going to do WAY BETTER with much lower and moderate dosages-- a high dose burst cycle is really un-needed. but they are useful provided the right situation and person.

as for a cycle based on 'ramping up' - thats best utilized for guys that only run a cycle or two per year or who have not cycled in awhile. the idea is that the guy has not been on gear in quite sometime so is going to respond very well to the 'new' influx of hormones and is going to make gains off of very low dosages . so you start the cycle off with low doses, get those initial gains, and then 'ramp up' the dosages over time during the cycle.
this is just the opposite of a burst cycle and is more the long term 12 week cycle approach .

its really dependent on the person and the situation..

NOTE: concerning very high dose 'burst cycle' example I laid out , there is a LOT more too this, and its an advanced protocol and shouldn't be considered by a lot of guys reading these posts. its NOT a recommendation, its simply information based on whats done at advanced levels of AAS use

Awsome thanks for the info, thats a slightly different protocol then how i run my ill give a quick explanation of my burst cycle.

Pre burst weeks 1-12 strick carb cycling rotating 3 off 1 on 4 off 1 on as much as 5 off 1 on the on day is high carbs.
Burst finish carb cycling (no pre workout)13-16 (28days) 100mg prop, 100mg npp ed
3 days post 3 week pct maintaining high carbs start using pre workouts again.

So another big reason i love the bust cycle is its so short so i can easily fit into my schedule because i travell alot with work (its not hard to carb cycling travelling)

Whats your thoughts on halving the dose but still running the 28 day burst? Because the max length i can run this cycle due to going away is around 5 1/2 weeks?

I see no problem doing short 5-6 week blasts of short ester AAS. some guys will say its not worth the shut down and having to do PCT, but at the same time the recovery and bounce back are going to be fairly efficient if done properly. just make sure you eat and train hard and get the most out of that 5 weeks

Your prolactin is most likely starting to elevate. Elevated prolactin levels give hotflashes and nigthsweats.

Solution, start using caber rigth away at the dose relatad to 700 mg npp. Or u can start at .25 mg twice a week
