    Pics of my cycle

    Hey just done pct from my first cycle and got what I was looking for, gained 9kg (18.8lb) some fat and my bench went 140kgx2 to 140x12 and like an inch on my arms so I’d gauge that as a good start. Weight is 97kg 13/15%?

    This was 2 months before cycle, after 1 month Thai fight camp so not usually so small. Wish I took some before

    140kg is 396 lbs

    Plates here are 20.4kg or 45lbs

    3 plates per side is 122.7 kg or 315 lbs

    So the plates you use are 23.33 kg or 51.33 lbs?

    Alright so update on my stats, I lost some strength maybe coz I came off creatine and down to 211lb, might be too soon to start losing fat and moved to a 4day split based around squats rdls and deadlifts (weaker area). Might make a log somewhere for accountability my gf has a way of keeping me home on leg day
