Mid-Cycle - Blood Work Results

I took a LabCorp blood test about 8 week into a Test E cycle, I am taking 500mg Test E per week split into bi-weekly 250mg injections, I am also taking 0.5mg of arimidex every 3 days.

My gear was Bayer brand from Germany and imported into Thailand.

Here are my results:

Total Testosterone: 3964.7
Free Testosterone: >50.0
Estradiol: 22.4

DHEA: 241.3
TSH: 1.32
PSA: 0.4
T3: 3.6

Is it normal for Total Test levels to near 4000 on just 500mg Test E per week? Do these tests look normal for this type of cycle?

Outstanding numbers. Yes, it simply means you have good gear that's not under-dosed. I don't know if you're gyno sensitive or not but I'd suggest cutting your adex dose in half. Couple reasons, standard estradiol tends to read higher in men so odds are your actual E2 level is lower. Possibly much lower. You'll also have better GH and IGF-1 levels with higher E2.

Your test looks almost overdosed.

Nice one, your gear works!
I totally agree with kelkel here, keeping E2 in the higher end will be beneficial if you aren’t too gyno prone.
I hate low E2 sides, its draining both physically and mentally for me.
