A while back we had some discussion around stretching and a lot of the guys said if they knew what a difference it could have made they would have started doing it years back. Marcus was getting into Yoga to alleviate some of his problems and I have been stretching, almost daily, for the past 2-years since getting serious about CrossFit. I hope the following stretching, which is almost all that I do, will help someone else. Many times I will only stretch the parts that will, mostly, be affected by what is on today's scheduled training.
