Regarding my current blast. I am no longer seeing mass, I am seeing my chest grow well and becoming much leaner. I have no idea how, but I am eating 4500 -5000 cals a day, building muscle and loosing fat.
I know this as my lower abs are starting to show. Its insane. I cant seem to break 200lbs no matter what I do.
