Hi, sorry if this is an embarrassingly uneducated post in advance. I'm just 'pondering'.
If a person had gained good muscularity and wants to get ripped what do you think of this idea...
Do a cycle on very low calories. Will the juice help maintain the muscle you have while you are losing fat? You don't grow or get stronger but you can do crazy cardio and keep the muscle you gained before.
Can somebody educate me on this concept?
