    What to run,peptides,aas or gh

    Hi guys,i have around 3 months or slightly less where i need to run something to loose some bodyfat specially from my abs area and gain 5-10 lbs of muscle if possible so am left with the following choices:

    1-run aas cycle for 6 weeks but keep in mind if possible i would rather avoid that due to trt hairloss fear issues

    2-run pharma grade gh ,source is 100% guaranteed

    3- run peptides,honestly am not sure about the source that i have but ok to try

    What are your stats? How old are you? Did you do any cycle before?

    Am 34 years old,did few test cycles 10 years or more,last cycle was deca test and tbol 4-5 years ago,i think am almost 190 lbs now at maybe around 17-18 percent bodyfat,didnt measure for sometime now

    3 months are not enough for you to see benefits of HGH, tbh. HGH needs to be run year long.
    Cycling seems like best option for you if you have that kind of short period, of course with a point on diet.
    You can combine HGH with your cycle of course.
    I am assuming you are lifting for a while btw, if you don't lift and plan to start anabolics at the same time with lifting, that's not a thing that I would recommend.

    3 months is enough time to clean up diet, add cardio and increase intensity. No necessity for drugs.

    If you had too depending on experience/stats, a short ester cycle 8-10 weeks... compounds depend on experience.

    I AM lifting for a longtime now,what about peptides?

    its really going to depend on the peptides your planing on running. they all work differently, are used differently, dosed differently, and are only used for different amount of times.

    example -
    GHRP2 - you can use that 3x per day for months .. but Hexarelin (which is a gh peptide like GHRP) you should only run for about 1 month (as you'll desensitize quickly)
    IGF-LR3 - you'll use this daily but only for about 4-6 weeks. the higher you go with the dosage the shorter your run should be . BUT . IGF-des on the other hand, you can run that daily for months on end.

    also some peptides you have to time so that you take them fasted and don't eat after. some peptides you have to take with meals . some peptides you have to take intra workout and some you should take post workout.. some you should take at night, some you should take in the morning.. some will cause you to go hypo-glycemic, some will cause you to go hyper-glycemic. some you should inject bilaterally into muscle tissue, some you should inject sub q , etc

    I could go on. but you get my point. there a lots of variables and factors to consider here.

    Thanks alot,so where can i read more about those,is it hard to find genuine peptides and what to expect i mn terms of results and peptides?
