    Long time lurker!

I’ve been lurking on these forums for a year off and on and I finally made a profile! I’m really looking to gain knowledge about nutrition and bodybuilding. I know there’s a wealth of experience and info on these forums so I wanted to join the community. I lifted weights all through high school but stopped after I graduated. I started lifting again about 3 months ago and I remember why I loved it so much! Now I’m all in on growing!

    Welcome.
Remember, most important is kitchenwork. It sucks. Fun is in the gym. But..if u wanna see fysical results its all about diett.
Drugs and training are very secondary.
If u wanna gain strength, increase carbs each week. 95% included juiceheads seem to forget this silly cheap little fact.
For a cut, lower carbs and up proteins.

Ya I’ve been reading a lot of everything. I’ve gained 10 lbs in 3 months. For me that’s a huge gain. Most of that gain was in the first 2 months. This last month I slacked a little on my diet and haven’t been consuming enough calories. I’m tracking my macros now so I have a goal to shoot for each day and that helps a ton.

It doesnt matter how good looking she is, some where, some one is tired of her shit.

Light travels faster then sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.

Great place to start researching ! http://forums.steroid.com/anabolic-s...-database.html

There’s actually a sticky thread on the “new male members” sub forum that shows you exactly how to make a new thread

Hickey. I know I’m just as new on here as you are so don’t take this wrong but just some advice from what I’ve noticed on these forums. Don’t ask questions to things you could find the answers to on your own. A lot of times I think you may not get a response. You can use the search bar and find a lot of answers to your questions. If you can’t find an answer after looking then it’s probably appropriate to ask. Like I said that’s just something I have observed.
