I am 50 yrs old started HRT 200mg test cypionate per week. Felt great had been going to the gym for couple years and finally had bloodwork done showing low test. After 4 months I decided I wanted to cut fat and but not lose strength so I went up to 400 per week....8 weeks in I wen from 255 to 220 and haven't lost any strength. So now I'm hooked...lol....goal at end of 12th week is to be at 205 with no strength loss. At end of 12 weeks I will go back down to 200mg per week but plan on doing a second cycle to build more muscle this time doing 800mg per week. How long should I wait until starting second cycle....I was thinking 12 weeks???
