Here are my pictures after 1 year of training with 2 dbol/sust/deca cycles
and a 3 month low carb dieting/cardio cycle with ECA/Clen.
Mid 30s, currently 6' tall 195 pounds.
Please tell me honestly:
(1) what body parts I need to work on most
(2) estimate my BF %
The sword pic is last summer when I weighed 170 pounds.

When I try to lose that last bit, I know I'm losing muscle in the rest of my body.. So I'm trying a CKD diet (see below).
I can't wait for this cycle!!
