Alright my diet is getting a little stale so thought I'd check and see if you guys have any easy to prepare but good tasting diet food.
Couple of my own ones:
Eggwhite shake - 500ml egg whites / whole banana / chocolate protein powder / (optional) peanut butter
Ground chicken and rice with salad - lemon juice and olive oil on it makes it way easier to eat
Salmon salad - 1 tin canned wild salmon / onion / homemade mayo on toast
