Vaccines and starting T cycle

Now my question might be an unusual one. When you are to get a vaccine, the doctor checks you if you are not ill or anything, as it's important for development of anti-bodies. Now, I heard that steroids could have an impact on the immune system. I'm off now, but I want to start TRT soon - 100mg Test C per week. Do you think it could have a negative effect on the immune system and mess with the vaccine protocol? I know, I know, I can ask the doctor, but I'm not sure if the doctor is going to know the answer, or most likely will be overly cautious - as he/she should.

100mg Test C won't do anything bad to your immune system.

Wait a week before starting to steroids.
Not because that 100mg test c will hinder your immune system, but because you can get vaccine sick after administration and may not be able to use your full potential in the gym.
I got flu almost every single time after I got flu shots.
