    Girls taking clen

    Hello!
    I am a 22 year old girl with about 10-15 pounds that I am trying to shred off before trying to get pregnant in about 6 months and my husband has known people that have taken clen but none of them being females. I am getting some next week, liquid form. I want to know what is the safest/most effective cycle and dosage to do. Also, I am super nervous about the shakes and insomnia. So any tips on how to avoid those? Anything advice helps! Oh I am 5'3, 135 pounds and body fat is like 22-24ish

    Other advice... You are 22.
    Have fun and wait till you are 32 to get pregnant.
    That is ten years that is the prime of your life you will not get to enjoy as energetic as you will ever be.
    Youth should not be wasted . There is plenty of time for kids on down the road. You also wont want the same things in ten years regardless of who you are at 22.

    I lost my twenties. I wont get them back.
    Have fun and dont take life too seriously.
    I promise this is the best advice you will ever get on this forum. People talk about how hreat kids are and they are... Just not when you are young and should be enjoying the hell out of yourself and learning exactly who you are.

    you'll want to start with 20 MCG per day and then ramp up the dosage from there. so it may look like this
    Week 1 - 20mcg
    week 2 - 40mcg
    week 3 - 60mcg
    then keep it at 60mcg . run for about 6 weeks max.
    you can then come off for a few weeks and then go back on and slowly ramp up again to a bit higher dosage. depends on your individual tolerance to the drug. 60mcg max is a good first time, but your second go around starting at 40mcg and ramping up to 80 may work better

    you'll want to split your dosages up in 20mcg increments. so when you go to take 40mcg make sure to take 20mcg at say 7am, then take another 20mcg at say 12pm, to give you your 40. try not to dose it too late at night.

    dosing it this way will keep the shakes and side effects limited.


    I'm a fan of using 'liquid' chems like your using, however the one substance I'm not a big fan of running in liquid form is Clen. the reason for this is because the dosing is so very small. for one your talking MCG (micro grams). that is one thousandths of a milligram. and your only dosing like 20mcg per dose. so you got to think about how small a dosing that is. that dosing is just suspended in liquid form and your using a dobber to measure it out and take it . that is so very very very inaccurate. its really easy to be way off on your dosage with liquid clen.
    gettin the dosage wrong on Clen can have some severe negative health consequences. end up accidentally taking 100mcg per dose and you'll end up in the ER with your heart about to stop.

    personally, I'd advice getting Clen in pill form in 40mcg tabs. then splitting the tabs in half and you know each time you take half the tab you are really getting 20mcg.


    another thing. make sure your diet is in check. if its not then Clen isn't going to work well

    I didn't even think about that with the dosing and the liquid, that is a really good point. Thanks so much for that, I will make sure to get the pills then. My diet is probably like an 80/20 as of right now. But with starting the clen I will for sure clean it up.

    I've run clen a number of times with good results. I can't handle the cramps and the shakes either. I start taking a low dose clen, 40mg/ed, in combination with cardio and intermittent fasting. Seems to work really good for me. Very little sides and along with the diet, I'm able to lower my body fat.

    I train a lot of women and CLENBUTEROL works exceptionally well for most. To avoid insomnia dont dose it too late in the evening. Keep dosages low and adjust slowly to find your tolerance range.
