In my experience use of a minimum dosage of adex during cycle (i.e, 0.25 x 2/week) threw my estrogens under the heels for very long time.
Months after the end of cycles I always had estrogens below the minimum value of the range..
adex is very very potent and should be used only in case of emergency or high sensitivity to estrogens... in other cases it could instead limit gains!
(a good presence of estrogens is essential to maximize muscle growth)
