Hello all I have a question. I’m going to that Krav Maga instructor school end of March. I’m 58 and I train hard lifting weights but I had a defensive tactics class the other day for 4 hours and at the end we had to do a one minute round of kicks, elbows, punches you name it against people with bags coming at you from all directions. At the end I was spent.
I don’t do cardio since I’m trying to get some size right now. What do you suggest I do that will get me prepared to complete the program and not die in the middle??
