40mL. I don't even think that'll fit in the vial.

On a related note... Why? You're just increasing the amount of fluid that needs to be injected. Not to mention, the shelf life. At best, you'll get a couple of months out of reconstituted hCG, then it's toss time.

I would go with 20mL max. Preferably 10mL or less.

Damn, did I screw up by getting the 10,000 iu HCG? I have 30 ml of BAC water. What if I only draw out .5ml of the HCG and mix it with BAC water? How much BAC would I need then?

I'm guessing this is a mistake . you want a 'dosage' of 250iu of HCG, but not 250iu per ml.

Can't you just double the BAC water for the 10kiu hcg?
If you do stick with 4ml than add 8ml water instead of it doesn't work this way?

They sell some that comes in already reconstituted. They tout it as "highly purified".

So instead of reconstituting, you have to dilute it or attempt to draw a very small amount.

theres no right or wrong way to do this guys. its all about the math and how much bac water that you want to use. use as little or as much as you want, but just do the math for whatever one you choose

example - a 10,000iu bottle of hcg
add 1Ml of bac water and you will have 10,000 iu per ml
add 4ml of bac water and you will have 10,000iu per 4 ml (thus divide by 4 , so 2,500iu per ml).

if your wanting to inject 250iu per dose that you take. then the math is really easy to work when you have 2,500iu per ml. you simply inject 1/10th of an ml (or the .10 mark on slin pin .. just like Kel already explained).

you could chose to do 5ml or 10ml or whatever . don't matter, you still have to do the math either way.

edit - this is for non reconstituted hcg in powder form . didn't realize he is using pre mixed

So if its premixed, meaning its already liquid form and appears to be 1ml, Id only add 3ml for a total of 4ml, in order for you example above to work, correct?

yes you would still have 10,000iu per 4 ml by doing it this way . and so 2,500iu per ml and thus pulling back to the .10 mark on pin will give you 250iu per injection

Furthermore, I dont have an empty vial (lesson learned) so Im going to use the tiny vial the HCG came in. It already has 1ml in there of the HCG, doesnt look like itll fit 3 more lol... So if I just add 1 more ml, then Id do .05ml for a 250iu dose, right?

That threw a lot of people when it first hit the scene. They didn't allow for the volume of the fluid already in the vial.

Yes, draw halfway to .1

If you add 1ml, you will have 2ml, so 5000 iu/ml and 1/10 of that would give you 500iu. Half of that volume would give you 250iu.

I was suspicious of premixed HCG at first, then I got to thinking about it. I buy the Saizen HGH cartridges all of the time and they are premixed.

It used to be all GH had to be reconstituted as did all HCG, so things must be changing.

Yep. Usually the insert has recommended storage conditions. Supposedly the HP/pre-reconstituted HCG isn't as temperature sensitive, but I would still lean towards refrigeration.

I'm guessing they have applied that to HGG as well. You see the pre-reconstituted HCG quite often now.
