Is this Estrogen Rebound?

I'm on week 4 of PCT after being on Test for about 8 months. Doses were low and for a 4 month period I did a cycle at 500mg a wk with .5 ADX EOD. I tapered down to 15 mg Test a wk with .5 mg ADX 2x a week and then came off completely recently.

I am now on 40 mg Nolva and 50 mg Clomid per day. I'm thinking about adding Ralox but not sure if I should cut the Nolva with that being too much. I am experiencing strong discomfort in my right nipple. There is noticeable puffiness around my nipple and a lump behind it. Seems like it's getting worse by the day.

The reason I got off T in the first place is I wanted to lean out and jump back on with a lower BF % so I could use a smaller dose of Adx because I am prone to aromatization. Now I don't know how to stop this crap. I took .5 mg ADX last night just to get estrogen down but if this is rebound I don't know how to manage this without it rebounding all over again if I resort to AI's. Any suggestions guys?

40mg Nolva *should* totally address potential gyno from estrogen. I'm questioning in my head whether that nolva is dosed properly or even legit.

In your position I would add some Aromasin (Aromasin, as a suicidal AI, does not have the same rebound characteristics as Adex and does not interfere with Nolvadex and vice versa) as I tried to quickly source more/different Nolva. If Aromasin is not in your bag of tricks then you'll have to resort to the Adex you have on hand.

Depending on the wait involved in sourcing pct meds I might even consider suspending pct and run a trt/cruise dose of test with my proven adex alongside as needed in the meantime. (add hcg?)

None of the options are ideal, really. It is what it is.

And stop playing with your nips.

I forgot to mention that if by some small chance the nolva was beyond certain to be legit...

I'd run a little aromasin with my pct and then extend the nolva a further week after discontinuing the other meds.

8 months on and getting off completely? Ouch. I'd be curious what your natty levels are in 3 months... if you stay off that long.

I feel like maybe staying on at 100mg would've been better. ... Makes me think that I don't want to go through this again, so basically never come off or never again. Most likely next time I'll be on indefinitely...
