Ah my bad. There are some slight differences in what I have. This is mine. I don't see a 3g size on the ON site so maybe that is an old batch or REALLY new?

What I have is but it does not 'bring the gastro-intestinial noise' like the older formulas used to. That was bad, especially during loading (glad loading is a thing of the past, too.)

Shit, that's why my stomach sounds like it's farting.

I never put 2 and 2 together.

My stomach always sounded like something out of 'The Exorcist'. I was like 'damn, will a Priest help me if I am not Catholic?'

I should add that I now mix my creatine with protein powder and take them both at the same time. Maybe that helps?

When I use CREATINE I put mine in hot tea and it stirs and dissolves very well. I use mine micronized and have no stomach discomfort.

People still use Optimum Nutrition supplements in 2019? They were good when there was 3-5 big names in late 00's / early '10. Mediocre at best in my opinion these days. Overpriced as well - company still thinks they have a monolopy
