Hey there,
I've read over and over you can not cut and gain mass at the same time. I want my upper chest bigger but want the abs cut also. Abs are 29" but only 4 pack. I'm shooting for a 6 pack. What would you recommend? More protein and less carbs? Just less carbs and leave protein the same?
Should I add weight to dips to increase Mass to upper chest? Any other exercises for mostly upper chest?
