HCG usage Help!

Ok I ordered and received 5000IU of HCG. I'm not sure of the dosing etc. It came with only 1ml of water for mixing. If I mix 5000iu of HCG with 1 ml of water. How much will I inject if I want to take 500IU a week. (250x2). So I want 250IU. These 2 bottle are tiny. 1ml of water is enough for the 5000iu? How do mlm I mix and dose this? The vids I'm seeing online are talking about 5ml of water etc. So I'm lost. Thanks for the help.

Toss that 1 ml water and get some BAC water in hand.
You can use 2 ml of BAC water if you wish, so when you pull at 10 iu on the slin pin (which is a 0.1 ml of it) you will get 250 iu of hCG into your body.

OK thank you God. I think I got it. However much bac. Water I put in, 10% will be 500IUs, so half that twice a week. And I inject that in fat not muscle correct?

You can pin IM or subQ, it works either way..
