For anyone interested advices radio episode 89 had an super interesting interview with a doctor who works closely with jordan peters and dave crossland in harm reduction that looks at the power pct a little different but makes TONS OF SENSE. Highly advise a listen if you're thinking of a pct anytime soon.

Pretty much the same thing, and i would advise a listen before taking it on, but in short they recommend a wait of 5x the half life of your particular ester AND bloodwork to make sure you're essentially bottomed out, along with stane and another compound to help keep the estrogen down too. Then you do the eod 2000iu hcg protocol x20days then bloods again, if certain markers (again id give it a listen) are correct then onto serm therapy.
Kinda sucks that you may have to wait up to five weeks or even longer depending on your ester of choice, but if pct is your bag its apparently very reliable...

HCG as a stand-alone was used back in the 80's and 90's and as science / education evolved so did protocols based on further understanding of endocrine system.
