I use 200 mcg of levothyroxine daily.
my blood values are normal.
but my symptoms do not improve.
I started using t3.
I feel better.
How do I use t3?
how many times per day will I use? and dose?

Story of my fucking life lol, someone switches to t3 from t4 and feels better. Extremely common situation.
I would personally suggest 25mcg 3 times a day or 50 twice a day.

Define palpitation? Increased heart rate is normal.

It's more effective to use T3 & T4 mixed.
IMHO don't use more than 25mcgs of T3.
