Hello everybody! After a 3 months cutting (last year) I have some questions (regarding that cut):
- Do you think it's a good progress? (if there is one )
- %Fat before and now (after) ?

I had:
- a good diet (-500 kcals/day, low carbs)
- every day HIIT workout (only cardio: 2 x 30 min - with 1 min HIIT, 1 min resting)
- lost ~10kg (water, fat and muscle)
- lost ~13cm in waist

Now:
- I have some "belly", I think it's the last (and also the hardest) part to cut
- I want to cut again, before a lean-bulking (maybe a T3 or a ECA stack)
