Recently I’ve noticed my joints have been achy and started giving me issues on certain lifts. I do strengthening exercises to try and keep them smooth and as strong as possible. I’ve got a deload week coming up and I’m giving serious thought about extending that to 2 weeks. Any advice/ insight would be appreciated. Is this overkill for a deload, will I see any added benefit from an extra week of lighter activity, or will it set me back.
