I was told I should get my TRT "dialed in" before looking into steroids, so I'm curious what people mean when they say that? I'm looking to increase strength and durability (faster recovery), but I train in an explosive sport and I'm not wanting to wreck my cardio or endurance. I'm also not interested in putting on size, but it won't bother me if its a natural side effect. I just want to make it clear that my goal is not to get huge. I just want to get as strong, agile, and durable as I can. This isn't something I'd ever considered in the past but after reading into it a bit more I realized I had a lot of misconceptions.
