    Anyone use d bol as a pre workout?

    Thinking of running like 10mg d bol as a pre workout. Anyone that's tried this how was it, and how long did it take to notice anything?

    I used 50-100 about two hours pre.
    It worked good. Great pumps.

    I run 20-50mg about half an hour pre workout a lot of the time. The results are pretty immediate.

    Ran 20mg this morning had a pretty good pump and was pretty focused also seemed to have a slight increase in strength but that's probably from being really focused.

    Ive noticed a distinct pump taken 1 hour or so prior to training.

    I usually do, it gives more a complete pump the best way i know how to say it. Tren however gave me a bigger pump but it was so bad i could hardly even train and i felt like it hampered alot of my gains just due to that fact if dbol wasnt so toxic id say it was the best thing ever invented

    Ive never went over a 50mg how long did you run 100mg ?

    At the time I had sold my soul to it but ALT was mid range after. Dbol doesn't hurt my liver values.
    That being said I don't know what it will do to someone else and it didn't give me some greater result.

    I have overdosed everything to no real benefit beyond reasonable dosages.

    My failing is diet and being overworked.
    I tried to compensate with higher doses but there is no replacement for diet and rest.

    I hear that bro good points. Unfortunately we all have to work for a living and the gym dont keep the lights on, keep grinding anyway

    I hope we all become investment bankers with hired monkeys in a mostly self caretaking business.

    Till then I think my cap is 240 lb.

    I get so close to breaking new ground then fade back due to days like today.

    I should think that throwing in a decent dose of growth hormone would get you past the 250 pound barrier now.

    I seem to recall a lot of pros (who were on substantial amounts of it) talking about only sleeping 4 hours a night or so.

    obviously that doesn’t make up for the calories burned throughout the day, but you’d think it would help some.
