its going to take years to put on quality tissue.
if you put on 40+ pounds in a matter of weeks , that is not quality tissue. thats definitely water weight and fat and should be health concerning.
I know of guys who have competed, and then rebounded post show and put on like 30 pounds in a matter of a few days. they ended up in the ER with cardiac edema on the verge of cardiac arrest .
wither the OP is trolling or not ,, this is actually a pretty serious topic. that type of weight gain that quickly can kill you, especially if you have any underlaying health issue
