During meal prep, anytime im driving, etc. I'm always listening to podcasts. Here are some of my favorites:

Stronger by science: Greg Nuckols and Eric Trexler. The guys who put out MASS research review. Great for science and research applied to diet and training

Iron culture: Eric Helms and Omar Isuf. Everyone knows Omar and if you're into the science applied training stuff you know Helms
.
Real bodybuilding podcast: Fouad Abiad. He does Q and A, interviews, etc. A good look into what's actually going on in the pro world
.
Advices Radio: a group of multiple different podcasts. Everyone on all the shows are very knowledgeable. Too many hosts for all the different shows to go through all the different qualifications. But I am sure you will all like "blood sweat and gear."
