Had 'discomfort' during a workout in LA and checked himself into a local hospital. Still in ICU but expected to make a full recovery.
Couture is 56. Ken Shamrock is 55. Royce Gracie is 52. Tank Abbott is 54. All of the dominant fighters from the early years of the UFC are creeping up on the wrong end of the actuarial tables.
