Im just starting back up from being out of the gym for about 2 years. I completely let myself go. Ive been back in the gym for about 3 months. Im slowly losing weight and each workout im getting stronger. Because of this im not changing anything in my diet or workout routine. At some point im expecting the strength increases to stop. what im wondering is what would you guys consider a plateau that would require you to change something, either diet or training. A couple weeks of no progress? A month?
