Hey guys I've been lifting for about a year now. I'm 38 years old. Never worked out in my entire life. I was 240lbs 6'3" a year ago. I dropped down to 218 then just started eating pretty well and lifting. I've gained alot of muscle and my bench press for example went up 70lbs in 1 year.... newbie gains I'm guessing along with good TRT. I got on TRT at the same time because my test levels were 148-250. I took pain pills for years because of a back injury and it really killed my test production. I got off the meds and even a year later it never improved. I kept seeing various drs and they wouldnt prescribe, screwed me around over and over.... California and insurance. I should have went to anti aging or TRT specific dr and paid out of pocket but there was none in my area at the time and I honestly didnt know it was possibe. I Just gave up on drs, did some research and went from there.. I finally put myself on TRT. I've been managing my TRT well for the past year and I'm interested in adding something else. I take 100MG of Test C twice a week and .25 arimidex twice a week. My test numbers every month are around 1200-1400, free test 25-30...E2 around 25. I've done very well on this method. I have no interest in running 500 of test or anything like that. I'm curious if theres something I could add to help me build some more mass without getting crazy on the doseage or amounts. I'm not looking to stack a ton of stuff just maybe one more thing that I can manage fairly easy and try out for a few months. Let me know what you think.
