I figured dosage as follows:
The normal guys are taking "x" amount, for "Y" amount of time, and following up with "z".
I didn't want to be normal.
So I formulated x+y x2.
The next time "z" was money I could have spent on x+y. So I started eliminating elements of z.
Bye bye AI, hell with it trt for life, no more pct, hell with hcg finally.
My nuts were shrunk from way too much x+y anyway. So wth... I kept increasing x+y more and more.
Everyone said insulin was dangerous as hell so I figured I better add that to x at at least x2 formula.
I figured my diet as follows:
Chicken and rice until I couldn't hack it anymore.
Now I am not cooking dammit.
So I ate shit tons of fast food then ate 8 bronkaid and drank redbulls to give me the explosion at the gym I needed even with 3500 calories of fast food in my gut.
My macros were as follows:
All the carbs and meat I could eat and if it had fat oh well.
My training was never the same but had a high intensity base to it nearly every workout.
So pretty much everything I did was done the wrong way and I don't give a shit.
I don't recommend others do it that way.
So remember that before you think I have some great knowledge of AAS.
I even named my system.
I call it the, "I don't give a shit, muscle now, training system."
It comes with plugged arteries, high bp, and a perma shiddy expression on your face.
