    Angry Strong mindset

I find it completely effective to have a mental focus on training to grow. What I see at the gym is a bunch of people wanting to get ready for summer only,But they give up after a while.

So I wonder, why do these people pay the gym to say on facebook that they are training?
Amazing how many people have this kind of behavior;they start training just to be popular in social networks.

These kind of people go to the gym to take a picture and post on Facebook a caption that says:

Today's training is paid!No one has a gun pointed at their heads.

Training can not be a must to anyone. These people shouldn't post subtitles like the one I mentioned.

I see myself inside the gym, and I can see myself different from all of them.
Inside the gym, a huge fury is unleashed inside me.
A voice begins to speak in my mind:

Davi remember all the hurts of your past.

Too many demons unleashed in just a moment.Fury begins to work in favor of my training.
And it's not just in the gym that I usually act like this

If any motherfucker or bitch says I'm small. This voice comes to my mind saying:
Davi eat more;improve your fucking diet and take all the AAS on planet earth.

Then I come across a post here in the forum, saying:

"About people who pay coaches but don't have enough focus to take results to another level."

The same voice I mentioned earlier just asked me:

Davi, where would you go with a coach helping you?
I can say that to infinity!

Every gym should have a Faraday cage built around it. (I think cell phone jammers are illegal).

Personally I turned my self hatred into anger and fueled my life, especially training. Hence the title by my name, "convert emotion to willpower."

The fire doed out a lot as time went on but its still there. Hell, today just stoked it.

The anger, resentment, stress and drive to better myself are what fuels my motivation in the gym.

Let's remember though the members that only show up for a month out of a year contract are what pays for new equipment and improvements in the gym.

I really need to go to the gym and free myself of anger and stress. The gym is MY time. Don’t fuck with my time! Don’t piss me off! I am really an easy going person and I will send respectful hints that maybe you should put your phone down or let me work in with you.
When I’m at the gym, I’m in my zone. Music and steel are all that I hear. You can use your huge weights and I will continue to use my pussy weights. I don’t care.
I am a possessed animal and need to get bigger. Yes, you can tell through my facial expression that I am going further.
I am continuously trying to improve. I am trying to break on through to the other side.
