Hey everyone, just signed up. In a nutshell, been in and out of the gym a long time. Was an athlete all my life, but got really into lifting roughly 13 years ago(currently going on 39). Had some experiences with gear which were great. I was in the best shape of my life in my late 20s early 30s. But Marriage, kids, work, and a few injuries got to me. I was then out for a long time and really let myself go. That being said, I’ve been getting back on the grind. I joined up as I used to have a good buddy that was super knowledgeable that I worked out with and trusted his advice, but he is no longer around. So really looking foreword to shooting the ish- bouncing ideas and learning from you all.
As far as my personal goals- im looking to cut weight #1. I’m 5’10” roughly 210-215 currently. My goal is 185-190lbs. #2 strength. I was shocked at how weak I was when I finally got back lifting. Also how it doesn’t bounce back like it used to at almost 39. That’s it really. Never wanted to get big. Just nice lean muscle.
