I get/did get the same shit. Barbell press aggravates tf out of it. Pull ups especially. You’re gonna have to lay off the things that piss it off and find other ways to work the specific muscle you’re targeting.. I promise it will only get worse, coming from experience. It got so bad one time, I couldn’t even pick up a pipe wrench at work. There’s a lot of repetitive movements I go through on the drilling rig and even just twisting a nut and bolt was painful. But that’s from me being dumb and not giving af, lifting weights just enough that it “didn’t hurt too bad” and then going to work that night.
Could also be a rotator cuff issue.
