    Anastrozole to exemestane

    Roughly, what are the equivalencies?
    -
    I.E 0.5 of Adex = ? Aromasin
    .... 0.25 Adex = ? Aromasin

    12.5mg aromasin is similar to .5mg Adex for me.

    So 6.25mg = .25mg roughly at least for me.
