That's right, I'm thinking about trying them for my chest. My right shoulder is literally fucked. I can't do anything without the entire joint feeling like it's going to crack. Even pushups with my knees on the ground hurt. Chest has always been my biggest (or smallest) problem. I worked hard the past year to get it up, without much luck tbh, but I also don't want to lose size now that I can't do any push activities. I Already stopped shoulder presses 6 months ago.
I'm wondering if doing light chest exercises in combination with EMS stimulating my chest will at least allow me to keep what I have now. Does anyone have any experience they'd like to share?
